What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ varies by product. Makhana and dehydrated onion start at 500 kg; red chili and turmeric at 1 MT. Full container loads (20'/40') always available.
Do you provide samples?+
Yes. We send 100–500g samples for evaluation. Sample cost is refundable against first commercial order.
Which countries do you export to?+
12+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Netherlands, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, NZ, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa.
Do you handle private label?+
Yes. We offer full OEM and private-label services including artwork design, printed packaging and retail-ready packs.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T (30% advance, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, or D/A for repeat buyers — discussed per order.
How long does shipping take?+
Typical transit: USA/EU 25–35 days, GCC 7–14 days, ASEAN 10–18 days, Oceania 20–28 days from Indian ports.
What certifications do you hold?+
APEDA, FSSAI, IEC, ISO 22000, HACCP and Spices Board India registrations. Halal, Kosher and Organic available on request.
Can you customise packaging?+
Yes — from 100g pouches to 50kg bulk bags. Printed in your brand artwork, with multilingual labelling.
Can I visit your processing facility in India?+
Yes, we welcome buyer visits to our Kolkata office and partner processing facilities. Please schedule at least 2 weeks in advance via email.
What is your lead time after order confirmation?+
Typically 7–14 days for standard grades in stock. Custom packaging or private label orders take 30–90 days depending on specs.
Do you provide Halal certification per shipment?+
Yes. Halal certification is available on request and is included in the shipment documentation at no extra cost for GCC-bound orders.
What happens if the shipment quality doesn't match the COA?+
We replace or refund. All shipments are backed by our quality guarantee. Disputes are resolved within 30 days with NABL lab cross-verification.
Do you accept Letters of Credit from new buyers?+
Yes, we accept LC at sight from new buyers. TT (30/70) is also available. Payment terms are discussed per order size and destination.
Can you blend or create custom grades?+
Yes. We offer custom blending for spices and custom size-sorting for makhana. Minimum blend quantity applies. Contact us with your spec sheet.
Do you offer annual supply contracts?+
Yes. We offer forward contracts for buyers with predictable volume requirements, with fixed pricing or index-linked pricing options.
What is the sample delivery time to Europe or USA?+
Samples are dispatched within 3 business days via DHL/FedEx. Delivery to Europe takes 5–7 days; USA takes 6–9 days. Sample cost is refundable against first order.
Do you export organic certified products?+
Organic certified variants are available for turmeric and makhana on request. Lead time for organic lots is longer — contact us for availability.
Can you provide country-specific labelling?+
Yes. We offer multilingual labelling including Arabic, German, Dutch, and Malay. Artwork must be provided by the buyer or designed by our team (chargeable).
